Returns Policy and Procedures

To initiate your return online, please visit www.chextensionsandwigs.com/returns
Please note the following return policy:

• There is a 10% restocking fee on orders returned for store credit, exchanges, or refund within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Returns are accepted on eligible products that have not been altered, worn, damaged, used, or opened within 30 days of the original ship date. All returns will be inspected.
• Discounted or special offer items will have refunds adjusted according to the above policy.
• Clearance items, wig accessories (such as liners, heads, color rings), and wig maintenance packages cannot be exchanged or returned.

To return your item(s):

Repackage your item(s) as received, ensuring they are securely boxed. Print the return shipping label from returns@chextensionsandwigs.com. The return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund or store credit when using this label. Make sure the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is visible on the outside of the box.

Using any other address may result in the loss of your item, delivery to the wrong company, or delay in your refund.
Please use our provided shipping label for returns.

Return Product Eligibility:

Chextensionsandwigs.com accepts returns of eligible products within 30 days from the original ship date.

Eligible Products:

• Must be in original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, with no odor or signs of wear or styling product).
• Tags must be attached, and items must be in original packaging.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date of the order.

Ineligible Products:

• Worn items or items showing signs of wear, including odor or styling product.
• Damaged packaging or product, discontinued, closeout, and last call items.
• Wig care and hair care items removed from original packaging (e.g., tape down, bubble wrap).
• Charity donations added at checkout are not eligible for return or refund.

Please Note:

• Ineligible products received by chextensionsandwigs.com will be returned to you at your expense.
• A complimentary wig cap is provided in each wig shipment for hygienic purposes. Please keep the cap if you return any wigs.
• All returns will be inspected. Those not in original immaculate condition or without original packaging (including hair nets, tags, and inserts) will not be processed for a refund or exchange.
• Discounted/Special Offer products will have refunds adjusted accordingly to our refund policy.
• Wig accessories like wig maintenance and hair care kits, liners, foam heads, plastic head and color rings cannot be exchanged or returned.

When using the pre-paid label to return your order, a return shipping charge starting at $12.00 will be deducted from the return amount.
